Scenic Bluffs is celebrating our 19 year anniversary in 2013, serving the important communities of western and southwestern Wisconsin. We are proud to be an independent non-profit primary care clinic known as a Community Health Center which is a unique and critically important part of our nation’s primary care infrastructure.
