Heart Health Month

Heart Health Month is in February. We will be providing, for the entire month, free blood pressure checks and complete cholesterol panels for $20. Call us at 654-5100 ext. 271 for information on all of our activities for the month.

Children's Dental Health Month

Children's Dental Health Month is also in February. We will have a coloring/poster contest through area schools and presentations by our Dental Department. Call 608-654-5100 ext. 209 with any questions or to book a presentation.

Random Acts of Kindness Week

February 14th thru 20th is Random Acts of Kindness Week. Scenic Bluffs will be hosting events for our staff. Consider using this week to start your own kindness habits and encourage others to do the same.

Fit Family Fridays

Dates: December 11th, January 8th, February 12th, and March 12th

Location: Cashton Elementary School Gym
Activities Include:

- Dodgeball
- Climbing Wall
- Free Food!!!!

4th Annual Health Policy Summit

Tuesday, March 16th: Come to the Health Centers' Rural Health Policy Summit! We will be joined by our elected officials to discuss issues important to our area.

The forum will be held at Badger Crossing Pub and Eatery in Cashton from 7:00 until 9:00PM, with a reception before the forum, beginning at 6:30PM. Everyone is invited and welcome to attend.

Be prepared to learn about the state of healthcare in Wisconsin, the state budget, and legislative priorities. Come prepared with questions and insights to share!

Membership Fees

$90 Annually
$10 Monthly
$3 Daily

Zumba

Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30 until 6:30PM in the High School Cafeteria. Cost is $30 for an 8-week session. Those interested can register at the District Office or call 654-5131 ext. 254.

Adult Open Gym Volleyball

Wednesdays 6:30PM until 8:00PM in the Cashton High School Gym

Adult Open Gym Basketball and Dodgeball

Sundays from 6:30PM until 8:00PM in the Cashton High School Gym

Step Aerobics

Step Aerobics classes will be held at Cashton High School in room 148B. Cost is $20, and those interested can register at the District Office or by calling 654-5131 ext 254 for more information.

Senior Exercise Program

Every Monday and Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church from 10:00 until 11:00AM. Cost is $1.00 per class.
