Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers provides exceptional primary care and complementary therapy services for the people and communities of Western Wisconsin. We are an independent, non-profit healthcare provider with service sites in multiple locations.
We believe everyone deserves access to healthcare, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. We offer a sliding-fee scale program, called the Healthy Neighbor Plan, that may reduce your cost for care. Depending on your household size and income, you may qualify. All are encouraged to apply.
