Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers welcomed a new behavioral health provider to join their Cashton Health Center. Anne Lovelace, Licensed Professional Counselor, began with Scenic Bluffs in January and is now accepting new patients.
Lovelace received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from Viterbo University and continued her education at Upper Iowa University to earn her Social Work License. While working as a Certified Social Worker for Monroe County, she continued her studies at Viterbo University in the Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling Program. She completed her practicum at Gundersen Hospital and internship at Mayo Hospital in La Crosse.
Lovelace promotes a person-centered, strength-based practice, utilizing a holistic and integrative approach. She is trained in a variety of therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Substance Abuse Counseling. She has experience treating anxiety disorders, depression, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Substance Abuse disorders and adjustment disorders.
Anne Lovelace is available to see patients 8 a.m.—5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m.—12 p.m. on Friday at Scenic Bluffs in Cashton. She is also available for student appointments at Viroqua and Westby Schools.
