With the support of St. Clare Health Mission’s Rotary Mobile Clinic, Scenic Bluffs held its first mobile health outreach event in November. This initiative connected attendees with preventive healthcare services, such as diabetes and blood pressure checks, COVID-19 vaccines, nutrition education and brief healthcare appointments with a provider. These services were provided at no-cost to participants.
The Rotary Mobile Clinic is a St. Clare health initiative to bring free healthcare to the uninsured in urban and rural areas in Western Wisconsin. The collaborative effort between St. Clare Health Mission and Scenic Bluffs exemplifies a shared commitment to community health, and marks the beginning of a promising journey, with Scenic Bluffs anticipating future mobile clinics to continue serving the healthcare needs of the community.
