Ashley earned her Master of Science in Community Medical Dietetics from Viterbo University in 2023. She is registered with the Commission of Dietetic Registration as a registered dietitian nutritionist and is licensed with the State of Wisconsin as a certified dietitian. Prior to her focus on nutrition education, Ashley received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness Management from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. She spent 7 years as a Community Health Educator working with the community on implementing healthy lifestyle habits.
Ashley takes an inclusive approach to food and nutrition education. She understands that there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to healthy nutrition and healthy bodies. She wants to empower her patients to make healthy eating a simple and enjoyable part of their lives. Ashley also has a special interest in diabetes management and education.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys hiking and cooking with her family, playing cards, reading fiction, and trying her hand at the latest craft trend.
